2024 Guyton CDBG (PE24102)

The City of Guyton is seeking bids for the construction of the 2024 Guyton CDBG project, which includes drainage improvements, installation of storm pipes, and pavement replacement. The project must be completed within 150 calendar days. The contractor must provide proof of a valid license as a "Utility Contractor" and employ a "Utility Manager" certification holder. The project is funded by the Community Development Block Grant Program and the City of Guyton. • The project includes installation of approximately 2,400-LF of 18” roll-over curb and gutter, 192-LF of 30” storm pipe, 800-LF of 24” storm pipe, and other infrastructure improvements. • The contractor must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements and E-Verify regulations. • The contractor must provide a bid bond or certified cashier's check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. • The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
