Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for two state-leased buildings located in Warrenton, Missouri. The services include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks such as trash removal, floor cleaning, restroom sanitation, and window cleaning. The vendor must have at least two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 9,361 square feet. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services.

* Providing evening janitorial services, Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays
