Real Estate Development Consulting Services

The City of Santa Clara is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide real estate development, planning, and project management services. The city intends to establish a bench of consultants to provide these services by awarding multiple agreements within each of the service areas listed in this RFP. Proposers may apply to one or more of the service areas. The scope of services includes providing strategic advice, technical expertise, and professional support across various stages of the development life cycle. • The initial term of the agreement will be 3 years with the option to extend for up to 2 additional years. • The city reserves the right to exercise this option. • Proposers must have a minimum of 3 years' experience providing services in the service area for which they are applying. • The city will evaluate proposals based on factors such as company information, experience, and qualifications, project approach and methodology, and cost/fee proposal.
