NOI for InvivoScribe IGH+IGK Clonality Mega-ABI Assays

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) intends to award a sole source contract for the acquisition of InvivoScribe IGH+IGK Clonality Mega-ABI Assays. The contract is for the Clinical Laboratory Molecular Diagnostics Test using these assays. The Molecular Diagnostics Laboratory of the Laboratory of Pathology performs molecular testing to assist in the diagnosis of various cancers. The purpose of this requirement is to purchase InvivoScribe IgH +IgK B-cell clonality Assays for identification of clonal immunoglobulin heavy chain and kappa light chain gene rearrangement. • The contract is for a sole source acquisition under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1). • The period of performance is within 15 days after award. • The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 325413. • Eligible responsible sources may submit a capability statement, but this does not compel the agency to change this acquisition to a full and open requirement.
