The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is seeking qualified firms to provide full professional design services for two separate construction contracts (P500.905 and P500.906) involving pre‑engineered metal buildings and associated site‑improvement works at Parkway Maintenance Districts 1 and 2. The work includes architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and permitting design, coordination with historic preservation, GIS deliverables, and post‑design construction‑engineering support. The solicitation is a “simple” procurement; firms must be pre‑qualified under Profile Code A060 and meet small‑business/DVOB participation goals. Selected firms will develop design packages through Phases B, C, and D, culminating in a bid‑ready contract set by December 2026, with design services concluding September 2028.
