Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking bids for the renewal of Corticon maintenance. Corticon is a Business Rules Management System used to automate decision-making processes. The vendor will provide standard maintenance and support services for a one-year period. The scope of work includes product guidance, diagnosing and troubleshooting, and providing information on platform availability and product compatibility. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the most favorable bid will be the lowest price.
• The contract period is 12 months, starting from the date of full execution by the parties.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller of Corticon and provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer.
• The contractor must submit a bid with all required attachments, including a transmittal letter, minimum qualifications documentation, and a bid price form.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to lobbying and discrimination.
