NetApp, Cisco, and Palo Alto Maint / Support

The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the agency, West Virginia Department of Agriculture, to establish a purchase order for Maintenance and Support for NetApp, Cisco, and Palo Alto. The contract will be for a period of 1 year, with up to 2 optional 1-year renewals. The scope of work includes providing maintenance and support for the Appliances/Licenses, including Cisco, NetApp, and Palo Alto. Some key requirements include: • Providing maintenance and support for the Appliances/Licenses as specified • Being authorized by NetApp, Cisco, and Palo Alto to provide software maintenance and support for the Licenses • Being authorized by each manufacturer to resell the requested licenses • Providing a copy of all applicable maintenance and support agreements prior to contract award • Providing pricing for each group of items listed on Attachments 1, 2, and 3.
