Description
The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission is seeking qualified firms to provide On-Call Professional Engineering Services. The bidding procedures will follow Massachusetts General Laws (MGL) Chapter 30B as amended and other applicable statutes. A mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on February 10, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. All questions regarding this RFQ must be made in writing and received by the Chief Procurement Officer by 4:00 PM on February 17, 2026. The scope of work includes providing professional engineering services as needed by the Commission.
• The Commission reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to revoke, any or all submissions, if in the public interest to do so.
• Sealed Statements of Qualifications will be accepted until 2:00 PM EST on March 12, 2026.
• Request for Qualifications Documents will be available after 10:00 AM on January 21, 2026.
• The SWSC is looking for qualified firms with experience in professional engineering services.
