Washington County Office Building Roof Repair

The Washington County Office Building is in need of roof repairs. The project involves replacing the existing low-slope roof areas with a new single-ply roofing system. The contractor will be required to provide a Bid Bond, a Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Bond. A site tour will be held immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference. The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2026. • The contractor will be responsible for keeping the stairs clean and removing any roof material from the stairs during the course of work. • The contractor will be required to submit their list of subcontractors within 48 hours of Bid submission to the Washington County Purchasing Department. • The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the County's Project Manager during construction. • The roofing system manufacturer may require temperature restrictions during the installation of their products.
