Description
This solicitation calls for an on‑call, annual contract to provide comprehensive bypass pumping services for Gwinnett County’s water and wastewater infrastructure. The contractor must supply, install, test, operate, and maintain a full suite of pumps, generators, piping, valves, and related accessories, and be ready to respond to emergency calls within two hours. The work includes standby, operational, and emergency services across treatment plants, pump stations, and gravity sewers, with 24 × 7 staffing requirements and strict safety, environmental, and documentation standards.
• Provide all equipment (pumps, generators, hoses, valves, HDPE pipe, etc.) and spare parts.
• Staff at least five local qualified personnel plus two units of each pump size/type on 24‑hour standby.
• Deliver rapid emergency response (≤ 2 hrs), weekly equipment checks, and full documentation for each job.
