The 821st Contingency Response Support Squadron requires contractor support to upgrade the Mobility Operations Flight. The contractor shall provide the requirement under a Firm Fixed Priced contract in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The scope of work includes the upgrade of electrical outlets. • The contractor must provide new equipment, as the government will not accept any refurbished equipment. • The contractor must hold the prices in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. • The government will evaluate the quotes and award without interchanges. • The government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will provide the best value to the Government.
