Description
The Maryland Stadium Authority is seeking a qualified Offeror to provide testing and inspection services for the Kent County Middle School project. The project involves the renovation and/or replacement of school buildings, and the selected Offeror will be responsible for providing testing and inspection services to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, conducting tests and inspections to verify compliance with plans and specifications, identifying and reporting defects or deficiencies, and providing recommendations for corrective action. The Offeror must have experience in providing testing and inspection services for similar projects and must be able to demonstrate their ability to provide high-quality services in a timely and efficient manner.
• The project is expected to commence immediately upon award and continue through September 2028.
• The Offeror must be able to provide services in accordance with applicable codes and practices, including the 2021 International Building Code.
• The Offeror must have a strong understanding of the project and be able to demonstrate their ability to provide the proposed services.
• The Offeror must have a proven track record of providing high-quality testing and inspection services for similar projects.
