Description
The Air Force is seeking a qualified small‑business architectural/engineering firm to provide full design services for the renovation of the Club Kitchen and Dining Room at Youngstown Air Reserve Station. The effort includes architectural design, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire‑protection, and interior‑design drawings, coordination with existing base facilities, and delivery of complete construction‑drawings package. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price design‑only effort valued between $100K and $250K, with performance to be completed within approximately four months after award.
• Scope covers complete design‑phase A&E services for kitchen and dining‑area renovation (plans, specifications, coordination).
• Required specialties: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire‑protection, and interior design.
• Must be a U.S. small business (≤ $12.5 M annual receipts) and registered in SAM at the time of bid opening.
