RFP - Roof Removal and Replacement - Cortland County Office Building

The Cortland County Department of Public Works invites sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of approximately 9,700 square feet of roofing at the Cortland County Office Building located at 60 Central Ave, Cortland, NY 13045. An alternate proposal is requested for the removal and replacement of an additional approximately 6,600 square feet of roofing. A pre-bid meeting will be held on March 12, 2026 at 10:00am (local time). All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
