HR Benefits - Medical, Dental, and Vision

The Travis County Healthcare District is seeking a comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision solution for its system. The purpose of this RFP is to identify and secure a vendor that can provide high-quality, cost-effective coverage that protects the system's self-funded plan and provides financial risk mitigation. The selected vendor will be expected to deliver superior claims management, risk management services, and ongoing support to both the system and its benefits administration team. The contract will have an initial term of one year with optional four one-year renewal periods. • The RFP is open to vendors who can provide any or all of the following lines of coverage: medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision. • The evaluation criteria will include the vendor's ability to provide high-quality, cost-effective coverage, as well as their experience and qualifications in delivering similar services. • The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria, and the selected vendor will be expected to commence services on the effective date of the contract.
