Repair and Replacement of Exterior Sign - New Academic Building (125ft Lift Required)

The State University of New York (SUNY) is seeking a vendor to repair and replace the exterior sign at the New Academic Building. The successful contractor will be required to fabricate and install new faces and supply 2 sets of LEDs, and a lift will be required for this work. The contractor must adhere to all OSHA regulations and provide a one-year warranty on parts and materials. The contract term is for a one-time purchase, and the anticipated start date is December 2025. • The contractor must meet the mandatory requirements listed in the RFQ and be deemed responsible. • The contractor must submit a completed proposal that satisfies all requirements listed in the RFQ. • The contractor must comply with the New York State Finance Law and the Lobbying Law. • The contractor must provide certificates proving that they have Workers’ Compensation and Disability Benefits insurance coverage prior to Purchase Order issuance.
