Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Old County Jail Demolition and Site Rehabilitation

Coconino County is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the demolition and site rehabilitation of the former Coconino County Jail. The project includes the demolition of non-historic portions of the jail, preservation of the historic jail building, and rehabilitation of the overall site. The CMAR will work with the Owner and Engineering team to complete the design, permitting, demolition, and rehabilitation. The scope of work includes pre-construction and construction phase services, video and photographic documentation of the project, and recording of demolition activities. The CMAR will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits, attending public meetings, and coordinating with franchise utility companies.
