Description
The State of Vermont, Department of Public Service, is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide expert witness services for radio frequency analysis. The selected contractors will assist in formulating and presenting recommendations on the radio frequency impacts of various telecommunications and electric transmission and generation projects. The scope of work includes conducting detailed reviews, attending site visits and public hearings, and providing written testimony. The contract will be for a period of two years with an option to renew for up to three additional 12-month periods.
• Provide expert witness services for radio frequency analysis
• Conduct detailed reviews of proposed projects
• Attend site visits and public hearings
• Provide written testimony and assist in preparation of legal briefs
• Work with the Department's technical and legal staff to develop a work plan and schedule
• Ensure confidentiality of information and documents as specified by the Department or Commission
