Description
The Pellston Public Schools District is seeking qualified locker suppliers/contractors to remove existing hallway lockers and install new 12” × 12” × 72” metal lockers at the Pellston Middle/High School. The contract will cover demolition of existing units, preparation of the site, delivery, installation, numbering, and any necessary repairs due to construction activities. Proposals must be submitted by October 20, 2026, and a pre‑bid meeting is scheduled for October 6, 2026 (recommended but not mandatory). The District will award the contract to the proposer whose submission best meets the technical and cost requirements, with the possibility of negotiations before a formal purchase order is issued.
• Remove existing hallway lockers per attached floor plans (locker bases may remain).
• Install new metal lockers with sloped tops, numbered per District system.
• Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, and required bonds.
• Compliance with detailed product specifications (ASTM standards, finish, hardware).
• Submit sealed original and one copy to the Office of the Superintendent; electronic submissions accepted.
• Insurance requirements include workers’ comp, general liability ($2 M per occurrence), automobile liability, and performance/payment bonds.
• No oral questions; all inquiries must be submitted in writing via email at least three days before the deadline.
