Description
The Bureau of Land Management is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area Interpretive Center. The contract will be for a firm fixed price and will include daily, weekly, and yearly services such as vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and emptying trash cans. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of up to 5 years, with options for renewal.
• The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of the building, including windows, doors, and floors.
• The contractor will be required to provide a work progress plan and schedule to ensure timely completion of the work.
• The contractor will be evaluated on their technical approach, past performance, and price.
• The contract will include provisions for environmental protection, fire safety, and preservation of historical and archeological data.
