Description
The Twin Rivers Unified School District is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced organizations to operate and manage summer aquatic programs at three designated high school pool facilities. The programs will include recreational swimming and optional aquatic activities, and will be conducted from June 8, 2026, through August 14, 2026. The selected provider will be responsible for delivering free public swim programming, free swim lessons for District students, and lifeguard training and certification programs. The provider must maintain hourly attendance logs, conduct hourly water quality tests, and enforce all posted pool rules.
• The provider must have experience in operating and managing aquatic programs
• The provider must have certified lifeguards and instructors
• The provider must have liability insurance
• The provider must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• The provider must adhere to District facility use regulations and maintain cleanliness during program operations
