Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for the installation of one GE Healthcare Discovery XR656 equipment at the VA Manila Outpatient Clinic in the Philippines. The contract will be awarded under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(a)(2) due to the unique and highly specialized nature of the equipment. The intended contractor is GE Precision Healthcare, LLC. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by May 22, 2026.
