City of Stockbridge Comprehensive Residential Wase Collection & Disposal Services

The City of Stockbridge is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive residential waste collection and disposal services, including the collection and disposal of residential garbage, recycling, yard waste, and bulk waste. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and resources to perform these services in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the RFP. The contract will be for a term of two years, with the option to renew for an additional five years. The City is looking for a contractor who can provide reliable, efficient, and cost-effective services to its residents. Some key aspects of the job include: * Collecting and disposing of residential garbage, recycling, yard waste, and bulk waste * Providing all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and resources to perform the services * Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations * Maintaining a drug-free workplace and complying with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act * Providing proof of insurance and bonding * Submitting a cost proposal that includes rates per month per unit for various services * Participating in a pre-proposer's conference and responding to questions and requests for clarification * Submitting a proposal that includes all required documents and information, including a proposal letter, cost proposal, and references.
