The City of Fontana is seeking qualified architectural firms to design and engineer the conversion of an existing 16,600 sq ft warehouse into a full‑service Fleet Maintenance Facility. The scope includes demolition, new MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, interior finishes, vehicle‑service bays, mezzanine storage, and construction‑phase support (RFIs, submittal reviews, coordination). Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Planet Bids system; hard copies are rejected. A mandatory pre‑proposal meeting is scheduled, and all questions must be submitted by the Q&A cutoff date. The award is anticipated in April 2026, with a 90‑day proposal validity period.
