The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Carson is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive Service Order Desk support for all installation facilities at Fort Carson, Colorado. The Service Order Desk (SOD) serves as the consolidated customer service desk and centralized dispatch center for all services provided by the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) on the Fort Carson Garrison and its outlying areas. The contractor will be required to operate a fully staffed Service Order Desk capable of receiving, categorizing, prioritizing, and managing service requests around the clock.
