540 Western Parkway Roof Replacement Project

The Washington County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified roofing contractors to replace the existing EPDM roof membrane on the 540 Western Maryland Parkway facility. The scope includes removal and recycling of the existing membrane, installation of a new 80‑mil PVC mechanically‑attached roofing system, addition of 1‑inch polyisocyanurate insulation, high‑density cover board, metal decking infill for skylights, a continuous PVC walk path, and replacement of wall copings with aluminum/steel assemblies. Existing HVAC, electrical, and vent equipment must be removed, capped, or safely de‑commissioned.
