Description
The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is seeking contractors to provide calibration and maintenance services for a LMA010 SPECTROMAXx instrument. The services include on-site preventative maintenance, calibration services, and telephone assistance for diagnosing and correcting equipment malfunctions. The contractor will be required to provide tools and parts necessary to perform the services and allow a Materials Shop Technician to observe the unit during calibration and repair.
• Replacement of normal wear parts
• Check of outer conditions
• Electrical and mechanical functional checks
• Adjustments as needed
• Filled out Maintenance Report
• Verify calibration accuracy compared to shop maintained reference material
• Phone/email support to diagnose and correct equipment malfunction(s)
