NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE: VAC-CON PARTS AND SERVICE

The City of Dania Beach, FL, intends to negotiate and award a purchase order or contract to Southern Sewer Equipment Sales for Vac-Con equipment and services. The notice is seeking responses to determine if an equivalent product or service can be provided by alternative sources, which may warrant a competitive solicitation. The scope of work includes sales, parts, and service for Vac-Con product lines in the state of Florida, excluding the Florida Panhandle. • The contract will be for Vac-Con equipment and services. • The vendor must be an authorized Vac-Con dealer. • Warranties are non-transferable and only available on OEM parts purchased through an authorized Vac-Con dealer.
