Description
The Calhoun City School District seeks a qualified Construction Management (CM) firm to oversee the design‑build renovation and modification of Calhoun Elementary School and Calhoun Primary School. The CM will act as the prime contractor, develop bid packages, obtain competitive bids, manage the construction‑at‑risk contract, and ensure the project is completed within a $5 million Phase 1 budget and by July 21 2027. A mandatory pre‑proposal conference is required; proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes by October 19 2026.
• Scope includes flooring, ceiling tiles, painting, HVAC replacement, playground upgrades, door replacement, lighting, intercom, low‑voltage wiring, restroom fixtures, and miscellaneous repairs.
