RFP 26-009-59 Ryan White PART A and Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) HIV Emergency Relief Project

The Shelby County Government is seeking proposals for the Ryan White PART A and Minority AIDS Initiative (MAI) HIV Emergency Relief Project. The project aims to provide emergency relief services to individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. The proposal should include a comprehensive response to the minimum requirements and required services, cost and fees, experience of the respondent, references, and any additional information. The respondent must also complete a proposal response sheet, which includes basic information such as company name, address, phone number, and authorized representative. • The proposal must be submitted on the company's letterhead or stationary. • The respondent must certify that they are authorized to submit proposals on behalf of the organization/firm. • The respondent must provide a firm and binding offer for 90 days after receipt of the proposal by the County. • The respondent must comply with all aspects of the RFP and the proposal submitted, which will be binding for the duration of the contract if selected. • The respondent must provide information about their experience, references, and any additional information that may be relevant to the proposal.
