LUBRICANTS: OILS, GREASES, AND ANTIFREEZE PRODUCTS

The County of Riverside is seeking qualified vendors to provide quotations for the ongoing supply of lubricants, oils, grease, and antifreeze products. These products are essential for the continued operation, maintenance, and reliability of County-owned vehicles, heavy equipment, emergency response apparatus, and machinery. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish competitive pricing, ensure reliable availability of materials, and identify vendors capable of meeting County quality standards and delivery requirements. • The County anticipates that this procurement will support operational efficiency, reduce equipment downtime, and contribute to long-term cost savings by securing dependable sources for these essential supplies. • Vendors must submit their quotations in accordance with the standards and specifications contained within this Request for Quote (RFQ). • Completed EXHIBITS A-C as applicable to the Bidder’s response must be included in the quote submission packet. • Proof of insurance coverage and limits, as well as Secretary of State registration status, are required. • The County reserves the right to waive, at its discretion, any irregularity, which the County deems reasonably correctable or otherwise not warranting rejection of the quotation.
