The City of Largo is seeking a consultant to lead the Operational Evaluation phase of the police department. The selected consultant will be responsible for comprehensive data collection, operational assessment, stakeholder engagement, and development of actionable strategies that align with the City’s established strategic plan. The scope of work includes:
• Comprehensive data collection
• Operational assessment

• Development of actionable strategies

• Presentation of final recommendations to the City Commission.
