Request for Information (RFI) - Roadway Signs

The Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is seeking information from suppliers for a statewide contract for Roadway Signs. The contract is expected to be for three years with two one-year extension options and will be a mandatory contract for Caltrans. The estimated value of the contract is $2 million per year. Suppliers are requested to complete a linked RFI form with questions regarding vendor information, specifications, environmentally preferred purchasing, and vendor feedback. • The RFI is the first step in creating an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to competitively bid for these products. • The contract resulting from the solicitation will be a mandatory contract for Caltrans only. • The estimated value of the contract is $2 million per year. • The solicitation is expected to be released in January 2026.
