The County of Gwinnett is seeking an authorized reseller to supply original‑equipment‑manufacturer (OEM) toner and ink‑jet cartridges for a variety of its departments on a one‑year, renewable contract. Vendors must provide brand‑new, unopened cartridges in original packaging, include shipping and inside‑delivery costs, and be able to fulfill orders “as‑needed” throughout the year. The contract allows for partial awards by line‑item and requires suppliers to indicate if they offer a recycling program and if they can send an authorized technician on‑site for printer leak cleanup.
