Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to perform exterior door repair and refurbishment at the CST & UPH Mult mission Building, U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Greenbrier. The scope of work includes repainting exterior doors and frames, replacing door closers, weather stripping, locksets, panic devices, and strike plates, removing and re-caulking door frames, adjusting doors for proper operation, and installing one new door leaf.
• The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price Construction Contract.
• The award will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable.
• The evaluation factors are price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
• The contract is set aside 100% for small businesses.
• The contractor must be active on https://www.sam.gov.
