Description
The 34th Street Partnership (34SP), in partnership with the New York City Department of Transportation (DOT), seeks a qualified firm to manage and operate a market subconcession on the pedestrian plaza at Herald Square (Broadway between West 36th St. and West 32nd St.). The selected proposer will be responsible for designing, installing, and running a food‑service market, including all staffing, security, waste handling, and compliance with health, safety, and accessibility regulations. The contract is a one‑year licence with up‑to‑three one‑year renewal options.
