The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide general waste disposal services in Indianapolis, IN. The contractor must also provide information regarding responsibility matters, including any administrative proceedings, civil proceedings, or criminal proceedings that may have resulted in a conviction, finding of fault, or payment of a monetary fine.
