Fire & Safety Training

Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide in-person fire and rescue training classes. The training includes providing materials and instruction of courses as outlined in the RFP. The scope of work includes Chief 101, Fire Officer, Fire Instructor, NIMS, and National Fire Academy courses. Vendors must meet the minimum course objectives during instruction and ensure consistent, high-quality instruction across all courses and instructors. • The RFP requires vendors to provide instructor qualifications, experience, and capacity to deliver multiple courses statewide. • Vendors must also provide a technical approach, project organization, and customer service information. • The contract term is one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. • The evaluation criteria include vendor technical approach, qualifications, experience, questions, references, and pricing.
