Budget estimate

$400,000 – $1,250,000

Based on the construction budget of $20,000,000 - $25,000,000, the budget for the CMAR services is estimated to be around 2-5% of the total construction cost, which would be $400,000 to $1,250,000. This estimate is based on industry standards for CMAR fees, which typically range from 1-5% of the total construction cost. The actual budget may vary depending on the proposed fees and the scope of services provided by the selected CMAR.
