NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey intends to establish sole source contracts with Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC, located in Windsor, CT, to provide the following: TITLE: Aeronautical Lighting Equipment and Spare Parts for John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International, New York Stewart International, and Teterboro Airports – Five-Year Warehouse Requirements Contract BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the vast array of inventory component parts on this contract intended to support existing airport OEM signage and lighting equipment on an as-needed basis. All materials must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. TITLE: Aeronautical Signage Equipment and Spare Parts for John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International, New York Stewart International, and Teterboro Airports – Five-Year Requirements Contract BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the vast array of reflective and LED signs and parts in use at the airports and intended for this contract. All materials must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. TITLE: Refurbishment of Aeronautical In-Pavement Lighting Equipment at John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International, New York Stewart International, and Teterboro Airports – Five-Year Requirements Contract BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the vast array of runway and taxiway in-pavement lighting fixtures in use at the airports and intended for this contract. All materials must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. TITLE: Maintenance of the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring Systems (ALCMS) at John F. Kennedy International, LaGuardia, Newark Liberty International, New York Stewart International, and Teterboro Airports – Five-Year Service Contract BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Cooper Crouse-Hinds, LLC is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the ALCMS in use at the airports and intended for this contract. Services include system maintenance, airport staff training and online support, and must comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. Firms who believe they can compete for this requirement are required to submit an email with a brief statement of their intent to compete.
