Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire maintenance and repair services for the water tower critical deficiency items and some preventative maintenance items found on the inspection report at Hickory Knob State Resort Park. The work includes replacing the existing roof vent, performing a dry interior cleanout, abrasive blasting, installing locks and hatches, seam sealing unwelded internal roof lap seams, posting confined space entry signs, installing a passive cathodic protection system, drilling additional weep holes, electrically grounding the tank, and removing the coax cable from the external tower.
• The solicitation includes a non-mandatory pre-bid conference on November 19, 2025, at 10:00 PM.
• The offeror must submit their bid online, and the bid must be signed by a person authorized to contractually bind the business.
• The offeror must acknowledge all amendments and include a copy of the solicitation cover page with their bid.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
