The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (PennDOT) is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to acquire a truck‑driver training simulator for District 6 snow‑plow operations. The simulator must replicate a dump‑truck with various snow‑removal attachments (front plow, wing plow, tow plow) and include full software, installation, training, and ongoing technical support for the life of the contract.
