Water Scooper Multiple Award IDIQ

The U.S. Forest Service plans to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for water‑scooper aircraft services to support initial and extended attack on wildland fires. Contractors must provide turbine‑powered, multi‑engine, amphibious, fixed‑wing aircraft that are fully or interim Interagency Airtanker Board (IAB) approved as water scoopers. Services will be performed primarily in Idaho and surrounding regions, with the intent to issue the solicitation within approximately 15 days of the posting. • Provide contractor‑operated, maintained water‑scooping aircraft (turbine‑powered, multi‑engine, amphibious, fixed‑wing). • Aircraft must have full or interim IAB approval for use as multi‑engine water scoopers. • Services support initial attack (IA) and extended attack (EA) for wildland fire suppression. • Multiple award IDIQ; contractors will be selected based on capabilities, experience, and SBA set‑aside eligibility.
