Frisco Independent School District (FISD) is seeking proposals for technology hardware, software services, products, related equipment, and supplies. The district is looking for cost-effective and reliable technology solutions to support its operational needs. Vendors are expected to provide services that ensure the efficient delivery, setup, and ongoing support of technology products and related services. The scope of work includes hardware, software, and technology equipment, such as computing devices, input devices, output devices, storage devices, networking equipment, and peripherals. • The district serves over 67,000 students and employs over 8,850 staff members. • The district operates 77 schools, including high schools, middle schools, elementary schools, and special programs centers. • The district's expenditures for the 2024-2025 fiscal year were approximately $1,291,229.17. • The district anticipates fiscal year 2026 expenditures will be consistent with those of previous fiscal years. • The proposal process is governed by the Texas Education Code (TEC) and other applicable Texas state statutes and federal statutes. • The district reserves the right to cancel this RFP in whole or in part, accept, reject, or negotiate modifications in any terms of proposal or any part thereof.
