Description
The Indian Health Service is seeking a vendor to conduct the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) survey for the Blackfeet Community hospital. The survey will assess patient satisfaction with their inpatient care, including communication, cleanliness, and pain management. The vendor will be responsible for generating a monthly list of hospital inpatient discharges, conducting interviews, and reporting the results to the national website (Quality Net). The contract will be for one year, with four one-year options.
