Description
The West Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide deep injection roadway settlement stabilization services on a statewide basis. The contract will be for an open-end term, and the vendor will be required to provide pricing for various services, including high-density polyurethane foam injection, mobilization, traffic control, and extended warranties. The vendor must be registered with the West Virginia State Purchasing Division and comply with various agencies, including the WVSOS, Tax Department, Worker's Compensation, and Unemployment Insurance. The key services included in this contract are:
• High-Density Polyurethane Foam Injection
• Mobilization for 10 different districts
• Traffic Control, including pilot truck and driver, devices, traffic flagger, and traffic arrow board
• Extended 3-Year Warranty
The vendor must submit their bid by 10:30 AM EST on December 4, 2025, and all questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing by November 26, 2025.
