Description
The LDH Capital Area Human Serv Dist is seeking a vendor to provide food services for the Capital Area Recovery Program. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing food services in accordance with the attached RFP. The proposal documents include a certification statement and pricing information. The contract is scheduled to begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027.
• The vendor must complete Attachment I of the RFP and submit it with their proposal.
• The vendor must provide pricing information, including unit price and extended price.
• The vendor must provide a certification statement.
• The contract is for a period of one year.
