Description
Luzerne County is soliciting qualified vendors to supply and deliver copy paper (letter‑size and legal‑size, 20‑lb bright white) to all county buildings and senior centers under a two‑year contract. Quantities are estimates; the County may increase or decrease orders at any time and will issue purchase orders as needs arise. Deliveries must be FOB point of destination, and vendors must be able to meet delivery schedules across numerous locations throughout the county.
