The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is seeking a qualified vendor to support its efforts across three key areas: a study on antisemitism in Texas, campus program coordination and implementation, and strategic communications and awareness-building. The selected contractor must demonstrate expertise in research, higher education engagement, strategic communications, and collaboration with national Jewish organizations. The work must be Texas-specific, policy-relevant, and aligned with the Commission’s legislative and strategic goals.
• The contractor will be responsible for developing the next Study on Antisemitism Report to be submitted to the Texas Legislature.
• The primary objective of this engagement is to produce a well-researched, data-driven report that identifies, compiles, and analyzes existing data sources related to antisemitism in Texas.
• The contractor will be expected to identify and evaluate current data sources, determine their reliability and relevance, consolidate the findings into a coherent analysis, and deliver a final report that clearly communicates these insights to inform legislative understanding and decision-making.
