Description
Palm Beach County is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide paratransit services, including door-to-door transportation and a fully staffed call center. The successful contractor will be responsible for operating and maintaining a fleet of county-owned vehicles and managing non-dedicated service delivery options. The contract term is five years with two one-year extensions. Proposers are encouraged to promote creative solutions and technical support to complement and support the services described.
